A helping paw
Let’s get your
workflow moving.
Start with the guides below, or contact AmYah about a file route, an app issue, a purchase, or a privacy question.
Your first project
-
Choose a source language and a target language before opening a quick document.
-
Import a supported file from a location you can access, or create a project and add your files.
-
Edit target segments and save your project to your chosen file location.
-
Use an available preview, then export through the supported route for that file and plan.
Import or export trouble?
Check the in-app format list and the plan needed for the route. For SDLXLIFF and MQXLIFF, keep the exact imported source file available. PDF imports create editable DOCX output.
Protected, malformed, or unsupported files can be rejected. Try a representative copy first and compare the export in its destination app.
Saving and file access
Save the project before closing it or relying on an export. If a file location reports access denied, select the file or destination again through the system file picker and confirm the location is available.
If you see “Edit recovery is temporarily unavailable,” save the project immediately to preserve your current changes. Contact support if the message returns.
Subscriptions and purchases
Essential and Pro subscriptions are handled by Apple. Use Restore Purchases in the app with the Apple Account used for the purchase. Check your Apple subscription settings for the current plan and renewal details.
For a billing issue, include the product name, the issue, and any visible error. Do not send payment-card details or a full receipt containing personal information.
Connecting optional AI
The current integrations are the OpenAI API and Anthropic API. Add your own API credential and review the provider disclosure before confirming a cloud action. Provider billing and account limits apply separately.
If a request fails, check the provider account’s API access, billing, and restrictions. Never email your API key to support.
Privacy and your content
Your project’s storage location and the services you choose matter. Review the app policy before using a cloud feature with personal or client content.
Removing a local API key does not revoke it at the provider or delete content the provider has already received. Use that provider’s account controls for those actions.
